Monkey Business
A first attempt in using Affinity Designer tools to re-draw images and playing with colour gradients.
It’s Chinese New Year 2016, Year of the Monkey.
So I thought I could with some word play with the Chinese character (猴), which sounds like ‘good’ (好) in Cantonese.
The monkey’s face was outlined from an actual plush-toy that I own. Then made it don on a fortune head gear and made it a Fortune Monkey.
